I am currently the main keyboardist for The Mixed Nuts band. I also teach piano and organ lessons from beginning to advanced students. I started playing the organ at age 14.
I grew up in Meridian, Idaho. I left home for college graduating from BYU-Idaho (Ricks College at that time) and then graduating from Utah State. I taught English and Physical Education at a junior high for 4 years until I decided to become a full time stay-at-home mom.
We now have eight children and I enjoy watching them participate in their various activities. I enjoy exercise--especially running--and have participated in races from 5k's to marathons.
I've lived in Utah since graduating from USU with the exception of 3 years when our family lived in the Middle East (Kuwait, Jordan, and Egypt.) We loved our time there but are happy to be back in Utah with the amazing weather and people.
